LeCase Salvador organic coffee is a 100% Arabica single origin coffee. To taste, LeCase Salvador organic coffee is balanced, with gourmet and fruity notes. It is the result of the work of a group of ten producers, all certified organic. They have been producing organic coffee on the grounds of the Finca Oasis for 12 years, in an exceptional setting, respectful of its environment and promoting biodiversity.
Oasis organic coffee is a so-called “washed” coffee. This is considered the most noble method of treatment.
Concretely, this means that the coffee cherries are pulped as much as possible within twelve hours of harvest. The grains separated from their husks will then be fermented in washing tanks. They will be brewed there between 12 and 36h.
Then the green coffee beans will dry according to the method used by the producers. Here, the organic coffee of the Finca Oasis dries in the sun, on patios.
