● Learn the techniques to make an espresso
● Understand and take control of the espresso grinder
● Learn the techniques of texturizing milk (milk chemistry)
● Learn to clean your equipment
● Introduction to Latte Art creations
● Transmission of a drink menu (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, flat white, etc.)
