This practical course, lasting 2 hours, will allow you to develop and / or perfect your techniques for obtaining professional quality coffee.
After a brief introduction, you will move straight into practice, handling the machines throughout the session, under the supervision of a professional and qualified trainer.

Course content :

● Understand the whole process, from farm to cup
● Understand and take control of your espresso equipment
● Learn the techniques to make an espresso
● Understand and take control of the espresso grinder
● Learn the techniques of texturizing milk (milk chemistry)
● Learn to clean your equipment
● Introduction to Latte Art creations
● Transmission of a drink menu (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, flat white, etc.)


Duration: 2 hours of lessons and 45 minutes of questions
